We built this site so you can get help without giving up your privacy.
- The situation check and the document tools run on your device. When you answer the questions in the check, or fill out a letter, that information stays in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored on a server. When you close the tab, it is gone.
- Documents are assembled locally. Your finished letter is built in your browser from what you type. We do not receive your name, your address, or the details you enter.
- The newsletter is the one thing we store. If you sign up for updates, we keep your email address to send you notes when Florida HOA and condo law changes, plus new guides and templates. We do not sell or rent your address, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Basic analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to see which guides are useful. This does not identify you.
